Which data we process
Contact details you provide to us yourself, for example when you request a demo or a call: your name, company name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message.
Usage data about your visit to our website, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of your visit. We only collect this data with your consent through analytics and marketing cookies.
Purposes and legal bases
We use your contact details to respond to your request, schedule a demo or call and discuss our services with you. The legal basis for this is the performance of, or steps taken prior to, a contract.
We use usage and analytics data to improve our website and make it more relevant. The legal basis for this is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We may use your data to comply with legal obligations, for example relating to our records. The legal basis for this is our legal obligation.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. We only place non-essential cookies after you have given your consent, through Google Consent Mode v2. Our cookie policy sets out exactly which cookies we use and how you manage your preferences.
Sharing with third parties
We never sell your data. We do engage carefully selected processors that help us deliver our service, such as providers for hosting, email and website analytics. We enter into data processing agreements with these parties.
We only share data outside the European Economic Area where appropriate safeguards apply, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we retain data
We do not retain your data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which we collected it, or for as long as a statutory retention period requires. We delete contact requests that do not lead to a working relationship within a reasonable period.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data. You can also object to the processing, ask us to restrict the processing, have your data transferred and withdraw any consent you have given at any time.
Would you like to exercise one of these rights? Send an email to [email protected]. We respond within the statutory period. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) or the authority in your own country (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk).
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful use. This includes encryption, access restrictions and secure processing at our suppliers.
Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing, including profiling. The AI in our product processes our customers' product data, not the personal data of website visitors.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. You will always find the most current version on this page, with the date of the latest change at the top.
