The cookies we actually use

Analytics, only after consent: Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_<id> to measure how the site is used. These are kept for up to around 13 months.
Marketing, only after consent: any advertising or remarketing tags we deploy through Google Tag Manager are only set after you have given your consent.
